Verdict: Buy Again... it's ten bucks, it saves cigars, and one bottle lasts basically forever. Just go get it. This is the easy one. A cracked wrapper, a hole that would wreck your draw, an over-clip that's starting to unravel, a cap that split when you cut it... a dab of this holds it together and you keep smoking. It has rescued a lot of cigars for me. At the price, there's no reason not to have one with you.

The Setup

• What it is: PerfecRepair, from Perfec Cigar Solutions... a food-grade cigar glue, sealer, and wrapper-repair fluid in a 4ml glass bottle with a brush-in-cap applicator
• Street price: $10 (what I paid). The maker says a bottle averages 100+ repairs, so call it a dime a cigar at the very most
• What I paid: $10 of my own money, ordered October 2025. Nobody sent it
• In service: about nine months, used on roughly 20 cigars

What It Fixes

Three jobs, and it has handled all three for me:

• A crack or an imperfection in the wrapper. Brush a little on and you seal the hole so it doesn't turn into a draw-wrecking leak mid-smoke.
• An over-clip that's starting to unravel. Cut too far past the cap and the wrapper starts to let go... a dab puts it back down.
• A cap that cracked when you cut it. It'll tack the split back together and hold.

That's saved me a bunch of otherwise-lost cigars. When a stick has a flaw or I get careless with the cutter, this is the difference between smoking it and tossing it.

Two Things to Know

You have to shake it. Whatever's inside separates a little between uses, so shake it up to remix before you brush it on. The label says shake vigorously, and it means it.

It's not instant glue. You can't dab and immediately keep puffing... give it time to set. Not long, maybe five minutes, but if you rush it the repair won't take. Five minutes of patience and it does its job.

Bottom Line

For $10 this is a no-brainer. A tiny bottle, you use almost nothing per repair, and nine months and ~20 cigars in, mine looks nearly full. By the time I actually empty it, it'll have cost a fraction of a penny per cigar saved, and it'll take a very long time to get there. The only thing to remember is to keep it with you... a repair kit at home doesn't help when the cigar cracks at the lounge.

Would I buy it again? Yes, without thinking about it. It's cheap, it works, and it lasts. When this bottle finally runs dry I'll order another and not blink.

Best for: anybody who smokes enough to eventually meet a cracked wrapper or an over-clipped cap... which is everybody. Throw one in your bag and forget about it until the day you need it.

Gear gets the same one-question treatment as the cigars... would I buy this again? Easy yes... ten dollars to stop losing cigars to cracks and bad cuts.
